Cancel at least 7 days before the 3:00 PM check-in time for a full refund, or 3–6 days before arrival for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, after check-in, and no-shows are non-refundable. Requests are reviewed by our team and approved refunds return to the original card.

Is a security deposit required?

A refundable card authorization may be required before arrival for incidentals or damage. We disclose the amount before authorization. It is not charged unless there is documented damage, a missing item, excessive cleaning or another agreed cost; normal wear and tear is never charged.

What is the minimum stay?

Most apartments can be booked for one night. Entire-property bookings require at least two nights, and selected holiday or peak dates may have a longer minimum shown before payment. Stays are limited to 60 nights unless approved directly.

Are children and pets allowed?

Children are welcome within the apartment's occupancy limit. Please contact us before booking with a pet; pets require written approval and may carry an additional fee.
