We ask every guest for one piece of photo ID because our apartments are a shared residence. Knowing exactly who is staying keeps you, your neighbours and our team safe — and it means nobody can book a home here anonymously.
Right after payment we'll take you to a private page to upload one photo ID — it takes about a minute. If you'd rather do it later, you can skip it there and use the link in your confirmation email any time before arrival.
Your document is uploaded straight into private, encrypted storage. Only our verification team can open it, it is never shared with other guests or third parties, and we delete it 90 days after your stay.
Payment
You'll be taken to our secure Stripe checkout to pay the full stay total by card. We do not accept cash for stays or extras — the only exception is an optional cash tip for the team. Your booking is confirmed the moment payment succeeds.
We hold your dates for 48 hours after you reserve. If payment is not completed within 48 hours, the dates are released to other guests.
